Shipping Policy for Domestic and International Orders

Our commitment to quality means each piece of jewelry is handcrafted upon receiving your order. Due to this personalized approach, we kindly request your patience for a delivery timeline of up to 14 days for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping within China: We partner with SF Express to provide swift and dependable delivery services.

International Shipping: Our international logistics are managed by FedEx and DHL, ensuring your package’s timely and safe arrival. Upon shipment, you’ll be notified via email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Customs and Duties: Please note that all import duties are the customer’s responsibility. We aim to deliver within 14 working days, but we cannot be held accountable for inaccuracies in the address details supplied by the customer.

Lost Parcels: Should your parcel be lost in transit, kindly forward us a screenshot of the shipping company’s lost parcel confirmation. We will then proceed to either resend or reproduce your item.

Delivery Disputes: If your package is recorded as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, the issue must be resolved directly with the courier service. We recommend obtaining a “denial of service” receipt from the courier to acknowledge their oversight. With this receipt in hand, we will remake and resend your item at no additional cost. Without such confirmation from the courier, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for the product, and refunds will not be provided.
